Read this first. Feeding Goliath is an informational tool. Entries are generated by an AI model from publicly reported information and are not verified facts. Corporate ownership changes constantly and models make mistakes. Do not rely on anything here without checking it yourself.
Feeding Goliath lets you search a person, company, product, or store and see products, storefronts, and services connected to them. With FEED selected, entries describe how money spent on those things reportedly reaches the subject; with STARVE selected, entries describe products, storefronts, and services reportedly connected to the subject. Both describe connections. Neither tells you what to buy or what to avoid: what you do with the information is your decision alone. It is a research aid for your own spending decisions. It is not advice, and it is not a call to boycott anyone.
Each ledger is generated on demand and is a snapshot of the public record as it stood on the date shown on the ledger. We keep a generated ledger, together with the search term that produced it, for 40 days from that date, so that others searching the same name in that window are served the same answer. After 40 days it is deleted; the next search builds a fresh one. Ledger pages are marked so that search engines do not index them.
Marking a name FEED or STARVE is a note to yourself. It is stored only in your own browser. We do not receive it, and we keep no counts or totals of how names are marked.
Entries are written by a language model that searches the web for publicly reported ownership, corporate structure, product, and affiliation information. Separately, our system fetches documents itself — government filings, business registries, public databases, the subject's own websites, publishers' and organisations' own pages, and named news outlets — and checks individual statements against them. The Research note under each section of an entry lists, for every line, the web pages the line was drawn from, and, where our own check found the same thing in a document it fetched, that document with the passage it relied on. A line whose Research note lists only the pages it was drawn from has been checked by us no further than that. Entries may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — a source can itself be wrong, an entry is not re-checked after the date shown on it, and ownership can change within its 40-day life. The absence of a connection is never a statement that a business is independent or unaffiliated. Entries are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Descriptions of commercial relationships are offered as good-faith summaries of publicly reported information. Where a statement could be read as characterisation rather than fact, it is offered as opinion. Nothing on this site is intended to allege wrongdoing, criminality, or misconduct by any person or organisation. If you believe an entry about you or your organisation is inaccurate, see Corrections & removals — we would rather fix it than argue about it. A name removed at the subject's request is placed on a do-not-rebuild list so that a later search does not recreate the entry.

The Feeding Goliath name and mark, the site design, and the underlying prompts, schema, and scoring logic are ours. The prompts and logic are maintained as confidential trade secrets. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from decisions made in reliance on this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use the service, which is nothing.
